In a project that involved the entire planning process, the complex building permit approval, the construction execution, and the installation of all operation-critical fixtures, just 18 months passed between signing the contract and moving in. By closely cooperating with Chemetall, the Fay experts stayed abreast of the road map at all times, finishing exactly on time. Although the lab equipment posed particular challenges for the mechanical and electrical services, these were taken into account as early as the architectural design stage.
