The Co-Living and Hotel project is located close to the city, 600 m northeast of Leipzig’s main railway station and adjoins to the south by the River Parthe, which is constantly flowing through. Along Berliner Straße there is a closed hotel development. A three-star-superior hotel has a maximum of approx. 224 guest rooms distributed over seven storeys. The courtyard situation is loosened up and enhanced by greenery and upgraded with high quality of open space. The Parthe is accompanied by an meandering building complex consisting of three buildings of five to six storeys, connected by three-storey intermediate buildings. There is a Co-Living concept for this courtyard development. Furthermore, there is an underground car park with 84 parking spaces.

4. November 2024FAY Projects übergibt Hotel- und Co-Living Projekt in Leipzig an Mieter und Eigentümer
Mannheim / Berlin / Leipzig, 04. November 2024 – FAY Projects hat sein Neubauprojekt in der Berliner Straße 22 – 30 in Leipzig an die Mieter und den neuen Eigentümer, das Versorgungswerk der Landesärztekammer Hessen, übergeben. Der Nutzen-Lasten-Wechsel ist Ende Oktober erfolgt. Das Projekt hat eine Gesamtmietfläche von 18.640 Quadratmetern (inkl. Tiefgarage). (more…)
