As a single point of contact we examine development and redevelopment, with or without a change of use, and we accompany the entire process from analysis through planning and implementation to exit. Project Development
From location, concept and capital we shape properties as distinct products – focusing on inner-city sites and their complex requirements between policymakers, local residents and client interests. On the basis of comprehensive market knowledge we unlock the potential of demanding locations, usually with volumes between 25 and 150 million euros. At the centre stands a building's long-term potential for today's and tomorrow's occupiers and owners.
Transformation
As conditions change, so do the requirements placed on existing buildings: we transform portfolio properties for new types of use and for changing requirements in location, function and sustainability. Our experience as both portfolio holder and developer helps us to recognise market trends early and to realign properties accordingly. Existing structures thus become future-proof buildings with new potential for use.
Redevelopment
Today, not every unlocking of potential begins on the proverbial greenfield site: FAY Projects revitalises portfolio properties and raises their economic and urban potential. With technical due diligence, project management and the assumption of all client functions, we accompany properties from survey through to completion. Creating and Optimising Building Rights
FAY Projects is continuously looking for new sites in German metropolitan regions such as Berlin, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Munich, Cologne, Düsseldorf, Stuttgart, Leipzig, Dresden and the Rhine-Neckar region. We handle the development entirely ourselves or together with selected partners, with investment volumes between 25 and 150 million euros. Undeveloped or underused plots thus become office, hotel, retail and residential properties with a clear perspective for use.
