Project description
Aparthotel Adagio
The third German hotel of the Adagio aparthotel chain, founded by Accor and Pierre & Vacances Center Parcs, is part of the newly built quarter at Waidmarkt and has six floors with a total area of 5,800 square metres. These accommodate 115 apartments and 21 underground parking spaces.
The building was certified DGNB Gold, as was the surrounding Waidmarkt quarter as a whole. It was the first urban quarter in Germany to be DGNB certified.
