Project description
Office and service centre at
Berlin Brandenburg Airport BER
Directly opposite Terminal 1 of the capital airport BER, with its integrated ICE and S-Bahn station, lies the ²BAC. The building offers 23,000 sqm of gross floor area spread over six floors.
The ²BAC is the first office and service building of the Airport City on the airport grounds. Besides its unique location, it scores with excellent transport links, modern, sophisticated and functional architecture, and optimal space efficiency through a flexible use and room concept.
The project holds a DGNB Gold certification.
