Project description
The project was honoured with the
MIPIM Award 2006
Around the historic neo-Gothic Villa Speyer, whose exterior was faithfully reconstructed after severe war damage, a complementary ensemble of buildings in neo-Baroque style was erected as the heart of the quarter, on a site badly in need of redevelopment close to Frankfurt city centre. The 5-star-plus hotel Villa Kennedy meets the highest standards in the quality of materials, in technical equipment and in security.
