In the park-like grounds of the deluxe hotel Villa Kennedy, the Palais 22 was erected in classicist style to a design by the internationally renowned architect Prof. Demetri Porphyrios. Together with the existing listed half-timbered building “Kutscherhaus”, the new building forms an exclusive multifunctional ensemble.
