Mannheim / Berlin, 21 May 2026 – FAY Projects has completed, as planned, the change of generation in its management that had been in preparation for several years. With effect from April 2026, Carl Fay and Ingo Lindner take over as Managing Directors of the company.

The previous Managing Directors, Wolfgang Heid and Ralph Esser, handed over their operational responsibilities at the end of March 2026. Wolfgang Heid will remain associated with the company on the Advisory Board.

With this change FAY Projects is relying on continuity and on a succession arrangement prepared well in advance. The handover took place on schedule, within the intended time frame and in close coordination with the shareholders and the company’s key partners.

Wolfgang Heid and Ralph Esser shaped the development of FAY Projects decisively over many years. During that time numerous property projects were successfully initiated, structured and delivered, and important organisational and strategic foundations were laid for the company.

“We would like to thank Wolfgang Heid and Ralph Esser expressly for their many years of commitment, their entrepreneurial responsibility and their substantial contribution to the development of FAY Projects,” the company stated.

Carl Fay and Ingo Lindner have been with the company for several years and were involved early on in its strategic and operational development. Both have extensive experience in project development, transaction management, financing and corporate management.

With the new management, FAY Projects continues to pursue its long-term approach as an entrepreneurially minded project developer, focused on sustainable value creation, dependable partnerships and the continuous development of the company.
