FAY Projects enters service development
All newsMannheim / Berlin, 1 October 2024 – FAY Projects GmbH is responding to changed market conditions by offering the project development expertise it has built up over decades as a service to external third parties. Clients are offered every aspect of project development as a complete package — both for new-build schemes and for the further development and revitalisation of existing properties.
The offering is aimed at portfolio holders, institutional investors, family offices and public institutions, as well as at lenders and insolvency administrators who need dependable, responsible expertise. Changed conditions and rising demands in regulation, sustainability and the way properties are used often present these groups with considerable challenges.
As a service developer, FAY Projects devises viable, sustainable concepts for use and marketing, plans and accompanies the development process, delivers the scheme and handles marketing through to sale. Demanding development and redevelopment processes for land and buildings can be accompanied by an experienced team and carried out with a clear objective. This makes it possible to avoid sub-optimal sales of brown assets, or the premature disposal of distressed schemes, and to preserve or increase value.
“We are pleased to announce that FAY Projects is extending its business to include service development,” says Carl Fay, Managing Director of FAY Projects GmbH. “Our existing expertise and resources allow us to offer a highly competitive service and to generate wide-ranging synergies. New solutions can be developed and implemented at short notice,” adds Ingo Lindner, Managing Director at FAY Projects.
Prof. Andreas-Norbert Fay, Chairman of the Advisory Board: “We have kept developing ourselves across the most varied property projects of the past 60 years, and earned a strong reputation in the market in doing so. Over decades we have shown that we are not fair-weather captains, but take good decisions with foresight and prudence in difficult market phases too.”
