FAY Projects opens an office in Berlin’s City West
All newsMannheim / Berlin, 24 September 2024 – FAY Projects is moving into an office in Berlin’s City West, at Rankestraße 8 on the corner of Augsburger Straße. The company, which first established its Berlin presence at BER airport, is thereby moving closer to the centre of the city’s property industry.
“The office in the Berlin Brandenburg Airport Center will be retained, but noticeably reduced in size,” says Wolfgang Heid, Chairman of the Management Board of FAY Projects. “That way we keep the advantages of a location that is easy to reach from our headquarters in Mannheim, while at the same time creating the space to build our network in Berlin still further,” explains Carl M. Fay, Managing Director of FAY Projects.
FAY Projects established its Berlin branch in connection with the construction of the Berlin Brandenburg Airport Center, which in 2012 was the first office property completed at the new BER airport. FLEXGATE followed as a further scheme in 2022. “Our office at the capital’s airport is and has been the base from which a young, mobile team manages our projects in Berlin, Chemnitz, Dresden and Leipzig,” adds Ingo Lindner, Managing Director of FAY Projects. Most of them are now moving to the office in Rankestraße, where they will benefit from a central, well-connected location, reports Carl M. Fay. “The new premises in the city show that we are continuing to focus on Berlin and have put down roots here.”
Seven of the company’s 20 employees currently work in Berlin and at BER, where FAY Projects concentrates its expertise in building services and marketing.
