Flexible new office building in the
Gatelands business park
In the Gatelands business park, directly in front of Berlin Brandenburg Airport, the new FLEXGATE office building was erected on a site of 4,739 sqm. It is perfectly connected by motorway and public transport. A clear, modern concept on seven floors was created on 16,637 sqm of highly flexible office space. The building combines form, function and sustainability and offers flexibly expandable space for individual, combi and open-plan offices as well as quiet, creative or communal areas.
The new FLEXGATE office building holds a DGNB certification in GOLD.
