Project description
Tailor-made corporate headquarters
with unrestricted second-use capability
At the new headquarters of E.ON Bayern AG, eleven locations of the E.ON group in Regensburg were brought together. Around 1,000 employees have since worked on the site on Lilienthalstrasse in the west of Regensburg.
The building has a high recognition value and supports the corporate image and the identification of E.ON Bayern AG employees with their company. At the same time it is consistently designed for flexibility, so that division and use by third parties is possible without restriction.
A particularly high workplace quality is achieved through openable windows and individual room-by-room control of ventilation, cooling including air humidification, and heating. Large inner courtyards allow natural lighting of the rooms.
The building meets the highest standards of space and operating cost efficiency and holds a DGNB certification in Platinum.
The principal was FAY Projekt Nr. 109 GmbH & Co. KG.
